Do I need an account?
No. You can try PrintInvoice without one. Creating a free account saves your invoices, clients, and settings securely in the cloud so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
Can I add GST or VAT?
Yes. Add GST, VAT, HST, PST, sales tax, or any custom tax, each with its own rate and registration number, displayed properly on the invoice.
How do I remove the footer branding?
Free invoices include a small "Created with printinvoice.app" line in the footer. Premium removes it, and also lets you upload your own logo.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Account data is stored with Supabase and protected by row-level security, so only you can access your invoices and clients. Payments are handled by a merchant of record, so we never see or store your card details. If you use the app without an account, your data stays on your own device.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The yearly plan can be cancelled anytime and you keep Premium until the end of your billing period. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment: it never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.
